Od 2011. godine od kada su se uselili u boračku zgradu u Prnjavoru, porodice poginulih boraca Vojske Republike Srpske, kao i ratnih vojnih invalida ni danas nemaju uređen prilaz zgradi u kojoj stanuju.
Kažu da im ni grn ne može prići kad padne snijeg. Smatraju da je sramota da u ovakvim uslovima žive porodice, majke i očevi koji su izgubili svoje najmilije, ljudi koji su izgubili svoje dijelove tijela i invalidi koji nemaju pristup prilazu.
Iako su sa molbom da se ovi problemi riješe pokucali na nekoliko vrata nadležnih institucija, riješenja nema. Sa njihovim pitanjem i mi smo se uputili ka načelniku opštine Prnjavor, i dobili sljedeći odgovor: “Vezano za priču o uređenju dvorišta zgrade u kojoj su smještene porodice iz boračke kategorije tj. boračke zgrade, obavještavamo vas da će dvorište biti uređeno u nekom narednom periodu, u zavisnosti od raspoloživih sredstava u budžetu opštine.”
Ipak, porodice kažu da sve ostaje samo na obećanju.
Iako u problemima, porodice koje su smještene u ovoj zgradi zadovoljne su sa krovom nad glavom koji im je Vlada Republike Srpske obezbijedila, jer kako kažu u suprotnom bi im osnovna egzistencija bila ugrožena.
